The hotel, built in art deco style with some influence of the traditional arquitecture of the islands, has 6 buildings in total with a spectacular botanical garden with a variety of typical Canadian plants. To create a cosy, but at the same time elegant atmosphere the hotel has a select collection of decorations and antiques.
The first thing that will come to your attention when you enter the hotel is the impressive glass dome, on top of the main building. With more than 12,000 crystal pieces, it represents the stars and constellations of the sky of Tenerife on the 21st of May, during the equinox.

The hotel has 271 rooms in total, distributed over 5 buildings; all of them decorated with style and selected furniture. 157 Double Rooms, 18 Superior Double Rooms, 44 Junior Suites, 23 Suites, 17 Superior Suites, 4 Superior Suites Duplex, 1 Family Suite, 3 Presidential Suites, 2 Duplex Presidential Suites and 2 Royal Suites. Double rooms for single use, communicating rooms, non-smoking rooms and rooms for guests with special needs are available. Baby cots are available for all room types for free on request.

All the suites and higher room types have two Plasma TV’s and sea view. Guests staying

The Double Rooms are brightly and elegantly furnished. Garden/pool view and Sea view available with supplement.
The Superior Double Rooms are the same as the double rooms but with a spacious bathroom,
with separate shower and bath.
The Junior Suites have a lounge area with sofa bed for a third person. They are also available with sea view and some are duplex.
The Suites are decorated with selected furniture and have a separate bedroom (2 TV´s) and sea view.
The Family Suite has two bedrooms, one of them with a sitting area and fully equipped bathroom. It is located on the ground floor with garden view.
Superior Suites are stylishly furnished and include a Jacuzzi/ Hydro massage shower in their bathroom.
The Duplex Superior Suites have a bedroom on the second floor with its own bathroom equipped with Jacuzzi and shower. The ground floor has a living room with the possibility of adding two beds and a second bathroom with shower and bath. Each floor has its own terrace with sea view.
The Presidential Suites are beautifully decorated and consist of one bedroom, a separate spacious living area with plasma TV and a luxury bathroom with hydro-massage shower and half open air Jacuzzi on the terrace with superb sea views.
The Duplex Presidential Suite has a bedroom on the second floor with its own bathroom, equipped with Jacuzzi and shower. The terrace on the same floor has an outdoor Jacuzzi for 2 people with amazing see views. The ground floor is the living area with the option to add an extra bed and its own bathroom.
The two Duplex Presidential Suites are communicating.
The Royal Suites with an exclusive design have two bedrooms in Art Deco style, each with its own private bathroom equipped.
Disabled rooms:
The hotel has 5 fully equipped and accessible rooms for wheelchairs. The bathroom has a roll-in shower and bars to hold on to, next to the bath and toilet. All doors are 80cm wide, so there is no difficulty for wheelchairs to get through. The rooms are located on the ground floor with garden pool view. All areas of the hotel are accessible with wheelchairs, including the pool.

“La Cascada”:
Bar and restaurant next to the pool. It is open for lunch a la carte and snacks and for dinner, a la carte and Spanish tapas.
Restaurante “La Cúpula”: dinner a la carte. Creative and select cuisine.
Optional Breakfast a la carte, for clients staying in Suites, Superior Suites, Presidential Suites and Royal Suites.
Bar “Galería”

Gardens and Pools:
The swimming pools are completely surrounded by a botanical garden with subtropical and typical plants from the island and waterfalls.
There are two swimming pools in the resort, one heated with seawater, with an average temperature of 29º all year round and one with fresh water. The whirlpool, located between the two pools, is ideal to relax. For the kids, there is a separate heated pool.

The hotel offers facilities for conferences and events. There are 3 conference rooms, with a capacity of 300 people with natural light and located in the top floor of the main building
with a panoramic terrace. They are fully equipped with audiovisual facilities.
