The Lopesan Costa Meloneras Resort, Spa & Casino, a 5-star hotel, is located on the seafront, a few meters from the Nature Reserve of Maspalomas Dunes, in southern Gran Canaria. Surrounded by beautiful gardens the hotel offers everything you need to spend an unforgettable holiday full of moments of rest, leisure and entertainment.
Built in the manner of a palace in the typical colonial architecture of the island, the hotel is surrounded by a lush tropical garden with an area of 76,000 m2, with 2,000 palm trees of nearly 100 different species and subspecies. This garden is home to the stunning pool area (2 of them heated in winter), 3 hot tubs, children's pool, and terraces with deck chairs and beach umbrellas.
The Lopesan Costa Meloneras Resort has 4 tennis courts with quartz sand and artificial light, 2 paddle courts, mini golf and putting green, a pool room (all facilities for an additional fee), a shuffleboard court, bocce and table tennis. Particularly noteworthy is the large gym with the best fitness equipment (extra fee). Near the hotel there are other sports available such as horse riding, sailing, diving, windsurfing and water skiing. There are 4 championship golf courses within 10 km of the hotel. To complete this sports offering, the animation team organizes tournaments, games and competitions in different languages six days a week.
